Hot day. Waited as late as possible to head out, only to discover there was no charge left on the iPod. I went out anyways.
I'd never come back down 391, but thought it was downhill most of the way. It's not. There's no such thing as a free hill on a loop.
Legs were still a tiny bit stiff from Sunday, but I again tried to take it easy & ended up with a time I'm pretty happy about, even more so with the conditions.
Added on an extra .3 to the suggested 8 mile run as I'd seen my bald running nemesis had done 8.2 earlier in the day. And missed my running hat. Cause running hats rule. Very thankful I don't have to wear a Sweat Gutr.
