Notes
Did way too much thinking & had two glasses of wine last night, so I barely slept from 2AM on. I took the morning off of work & ate a good breakfast/lunch, but still figured I'd be beat.
I was surprised I sustained the pace for the first two miles & after I grabbed a water 3 in, shocked what I ran the next miles in. And then I kept hammering them fast. Some of those were angry miles for sure, but it felt good. It probably hasn't been back until BQ training I was hitting splits like this at UB.
