I debated whether to take a rest day or whatnot, but between the track closings, soccer & my schedule, I went.
Using 5.5 laps to the mile, this put me at a 7:27/m pace - much faster than I've run in a while. Felt good, but I faded some. I'm curious what I could do on fresh legs. Gonna have to work in some more speed work once again - it's tempting to forgo the spring ultra & do a marathon instead...
