Hey, when did the weather stuff start working again?
It got cold again - had to put tights on for this run.
I skipped yesterday because of the rain & didn't get out this morning because it was lightly snowing, but came back from hiking Perrysburg & decided to get out. Felt pretty good & was surprised at the pace for the distance with hills.
Tomorrow starts my formal training plan. With a rest day. :)
