Ran on the race track. It was hot on the track & it's a 4.4k loop. I had water stashed at one place & forced myself to stop for it each lap. I took in too much water & the end couple laps were brutal. When I got home, I felt awful until I forced myself to throw up & what a difference that made!
The GPS numbers are a little off - I got a "lap error message", but the net time/distance is correct. Given that I felt awful & still averaged under 8/mile, I'm pretty happy.
