Nasty, windy day out.
Tried to hide from the wind at the ridge, but had to put up with the hills. Pace wasn't great - felt tired.
Ran without iPod. There were lots of people at the ridge & all said hi.
Caught a leave whipped at me in my hand - I was like a super hero...
On the way down Big Mother, I had to make a last minute jog around a guy climbing up. I passed him again on my 2nd lap & he questioned me running it twice. I told him "yep, /only/ two laps today"...
