Notes
I knew this run was going to be tough & it turned into a bit of a death march. I won't repeat last week.
I knew storms were coming, but still hoped to get out. I was almost set to go at 8, but then a lightning strike came down. I waited a bit & got out ~9:20. The weather actually held off for nearly all of the run, only raining ~6 miles in. The rain was super cold! Although there wasn't rain, it was super muggy & my shirt was soaked. Just minutes after I finished, it started raining & then came down really hard.
I screwed up at the beginning of the route & was surprised to find myself about a mile short near the end. I debated shortening the run, but sucked it up & did a 1/2 mile (with hill...) out & back to get it. I knew 15 was have been OK & I shouldn't expect to always get my run in, but it bothered me that I was able to get 14 in during the week.
