~1000 feet in 10 miles. Tough route. And that first hill hits you right out the door. After coming down Ward though, it felt great & down Seufert was great too.
It's a bit sad how early it's getting dark out.
Very humid day though - I was soaked. At 10 miles, sometimes I'd go without water, but I was glad I brought the Amphipod today.
I continued to practice walking again & am happy with the pace it allows.
