70F 64D 83%RH 4:58am 45/30s5. Very pleased with this run especially considering the last few week and the last long run. I realized last night that I do not push myself enough during the runs, so I set out with the idea that I would push in the last mile and not give in to the "want" to stop. Through the first 3 miles I skipped every 5th run interval but the last .75 in the forth mile was done without skipping. I wanted to skip and even wanted to stop but I did what I set out to do...push through it and finish strong.
