Notes
Goal was to run 4 miles a 7 m pace, which I almost accomplished. Got psyched out 15 sec before 3 mile mark due to having to stop for 20s at a red light. Totally killed my pace, and I thought about quitting at 3 miles. Decided to run it on in and surprisingly averaged 7:07 m/m. legs felt stronger today.
