Weighed in at 209lb. I think I've actually lost a pound.
Didn't know how much hill repeats/hip thrusts two days ago would affect this run. More than I expected. Yeserday, calves high up near the knee were sore. Today, feet just a tad sore on the mile warmup. Left big toe sore for the first time in a really long time. Definitely due to the hills. I think my hips might be a bit sore as of 3pm.
Felt pretty yucky today before the run. Probably due to the two glasses of wine Saturday night. Was exhausted yesterday.
