really need to work on that last mile.

recap: doubts appeared in my mind after the 2 mile split because PF in LF started to flare up really badly. But I could stiffen my ankle to make the pain subside a little bit. Probably cost me 5 seconds. Still, a good workout following Monday's intervals.
