June at MBA (striders track series): 5:38 twice - Didn't really have any expectations at these two races, so I thought I could get faster today.
Smyrna Parks: 5:38 - Trained for this one, but I think I wasn't well rested and maybe a bit nervous.
Today at Vandy: 5:40 - This morning I felt well rested and ready, although a bit stuffy. The goal was each lap in 1:20 sec.

Went out way too fast on first lap.
I probably lost those 2 seconds because I ate that turkey sandwich on sunday and got sick.
Goal is still 5:20.
