Good progression. Started out conservatively, went a different direction than the rest of the group and ended up seeing them in the distance. Could make out the scrawny form of Cish in the distance and tried to keep the gap between us as consistent as possible. Was really coming into good form up until the last 3 minutes and my stomach was giving me some problems and just wrapped it up.
