quads are sore, i pretty much knew going into this workout that i wasn't going to complete it, so that got me down right from the start. i did eight x 100/100's and i didn't do them well, pretty sure i was running to slow. jogged the rest of the workout and jogged home. felt terrible the whole time, legs are aching today. definitely not feeling "fully recovered"!!
