must have aggravated my hip yesterday with the long run because boy was my hip socket, back of my upper thigh sore yesterday, so much so that i was actually limping around a bit. i used some peppermint/basil, biofreeze, and the foam roller, felt better this morning. will buy some panaway today at the party and hope that helps too.

plan is since the first race of the series is on Sat and G is out of town this week, use the treadmill all week, cut my mileage in half this week to "taper" but more to just rest my leg/hip and hope the inflammation goes away. might take some epsom salt baths as well
