didn't realize i had a run scheduled for today, so did it after the girls went to bed tonight. on the treadmill, just a jog. got lightheaded like i sometimes do on the treadmill. kept it short and sweet. lots of foam rolling afterwards, sore from YES workouts. run was super easy and i planned to do three miles, but i got so lightheaded i had to just walk after i made it two miles. not counting this week in my plan....basically just shoved it out and have an 18 week training plan now :) but with the fourth and everything this week, it was better to cut myself some slack and not stress about missing a run or doing such a short jog and start fresh this weekend instead. bec won't be here for sat's long run, so i will probably just shoot for an hour on the trail and start anew on Monday
sore spot on my arch of my left foot...plantar facitisis?? rolled it out tonight. when i started the jog it hurt severely!!! and i remember my workout the other day at YES and we were skipping and i thought i rolled an ankle or something. so i will keep rolling it for a few days and hope that helps to work it out
