Ran the old Run Portland Tuesday workout with Ruben, John H, Derek, Tim (U of O guy), and Anteneh. 2 Mile warm, a couple drills, 1k tempo, 3x200 tempo, 1 mile @ 5:06 (400), 2x1000 @ 3:02 (200), 4x400 @ 69, 67, 66, 67 (200), 2x1000 @ 3:05 (400), 1 mile @ 5:00, 2 mile cool. Oustanding volume and a good workout.
