Notes

Ran 2x800 (400) 3x600 (200) and 4x400 (200) with a full lap jog between sets. 2:30, 2:27, 1:52, 1:53, 1:53, 67, 64, 65, 63. Took it too easy on the 800s and 600s. First Hayward workout of the year so I wanted to be conservative. However, if I am to get faster this Spring, I need to make these workouts count. Had way too much in the tank for the 400s today.
