Notes

Ran 2 x 3 miles with Orin, Orestes, Josh, Cricket, and TK. First 3 miler was on the bark in 5:39, 5:28, 5:20 and the second 3 miler was on the track in 5:29, 5:19, 4:55. Great workout. Went exactly as planned or better. Great group trading off on the work.
