A nice, yet weird long run. I ran out in the country alternating 1 mile south/1 mile east. Hit 7 at a bridge with a flooded creek under it. Everything was just quiet and eerily still. Kinda how the world feels right now. Everything seemed to be on pause. Uber strange. THis was a nice time to myself though. Thankful to have running as an opportunity to leave the house. God bless WXC
