Woke up to do this workout and to beat the heat. Definitely was tired this getting out of bed and warmup felt a little sluggish but heading into the workout felt good. Did 10, 4, 3, 2, 1 with 2 minutes in between everrything and then 5 minutes of 15 on 45 off. Every rep got faster (except for the 4 which was primarily up hill). Felt good throughout the workout! Legs are definitely tired and breathing was kinda outa whack but it was a good check in check out workout. Only 12 more days until the race which I can't quite believe. I will say, my turnover has gone absolutely out the window. I felt soooo slow on the 15 sec. Feet spent too much time on the ground (also was abotu 2 seconds from getting smoked by a car yikes). Anyhow glad I got this done and over with, thanks be to God!
