good workout. felt a little harder than our two workouts last week - legs a little...stale? not sore or tight or anything noticeable, just had to work a little harder today than on the 800s last week. still not a difficult workout though - could have pretty easily handled 5 seconds faster or another 1000.
good pack running though - Mara, Becky, Erin, Hannah OF and Molly for the first three.
