Ok, I haven't been logging weights, just doing it, so this is the category I'm gonna use for rockclimbing.
Went for about 2.5 hours with Sarah after work today - way too expensive ($18 for a day pass!), but the gym was huge and had a ton of top ropes in my range - I managed a few 5.7s and a couple 5.8s before I started falling off the 8s because my hands were too tired. I'll have to go more often if I want to actually be in shape for it.
