out and back on the bike path, hotter than hades, but I was still beating the rush hour traffic, so that was exciting. i must've looked terrible though, because while i was standing in the shade at the side of the path when i was done, this guy running by asked if i was okay and did i want some of his water. i love when strangers are friendly - they make me smile :)
