mix workout on the track - felt good, the threshold 1000s were really easy, little trouble finding the pace on the VO2s (we kept going too fast at the beginning, slowing down, then having to speed up again to hit pace), but overall never felt like I was working too hard and definitely still had energy left at the end. Yay! and double yay for tapering in the weight room!!
