Brookstone. Interval - Pyramid 400, 800, 1200, 1mi, 1200, 800, 400 with 400 recovery slight warm up. New Bal 10v2. Really had to push myself to keep any pace from the mile back down. 68* 0 mph wind 78% humidity. Came back dripping wet. Tough workout, but overall proud with what was accomplished.
