Bit worried about this run as it's the first time I've went for a run the day after a long run. Very windy day but other than that perfect day for running. Started off a little stiff and my stride length was a bit choppy. It took me a lot longer than normal to stretch the legs out but once I did I picked the pace up without pushing it too hard. wanted to make sure this was a very easy run as it's purely a recovery run. Other than the stiffness it was a pretty smooth run - HR never really high at all so should be ok for a tough tempo run tomorrow
