Notes
After 2 cycles in the last two days the running legs were quite fresh so went out for an hours run in Togher wood. Hadn't planned on any session in particular but was flying and felt strong so pushed hard enough for the next 3 laps and the speed got faster and faster. Last lap was tough enough and hr was through the roof but kept it up as wanted to reach an hour. Felt strong and fast and really surprised that I could go that fast.... No probs with anything and ends 4 good days training on the bounce.
