Really don't know where that run came from. Had planned to go for an easy run but after 5 mins or so my speed was pretty good - just around 8 min mile pace which is far faster than I usually start at. Once I started fast I decided to see if I could keep a strong pace throughout. Surprisingly I felt good considering I had ran yesterday and had a few drinks kast night as well. Was watching the speed all the time and it gradually got faster and faster. Towards the end I got a little tired but still managed to push on right to the finish and ended up with a very fast pace overall.
