Notes

Morning swim. Really focusing on technique rather than anything else at the moment. 4 things I want to improve:

1 - Keep head down

2 - Reach out with lead hand and push on the follow through with the other hand

3 - Bend my arm for more leverage when pulling through the water

4 - rock the body from side to side when switching arms

Hard to get it all right at the same time but some improvements evident. A tad tired as trainijng a lot recently including run last night. I wanted to swim 10 lengths in a row but only managed 2's and 4's as a bit tired. great to get out for a morning swim though
