Shocking run. Hamstring was tight from earlier in the week. I thought that the hamstring would loosen out as I went on. My stride was shortened the whole way throughout the run. It was almost like I was limping. Kept it going for a while until I realised that it wasn't getting any better so rather than pushing it and possible it getting worse I cut the run short. Disappointed to only do 30 mins but getting into the habit of getting out a few times a week for a run will stand me in good stead going forward.
