Perfect evening for a run. Nice and sunny with a nice cooling breeze. Started off well with the exception of quite severe pain in my achilles. I was practically limping for the first 7 - 8 mins. Once I got into the park it eased off a bit and I got into my running quite well. Hit some nice smooth patches and no real bad patches at all. Near the end my achilles hurt a bit but nothing too bad. Overall a nice smooth run - prob my least hard work run in quite a while. Real worry is the achilles...
