First time to go the full weights session I was given last week. Some of the weights were really tough and I accidently put too much weights on one or two of the machines. The weights set includes a lot of upper body, abs and leg exercises - it's pretty much an overall workout hitting most of the major muscles. I asked him for a session that would increase overall body strength rather than focussing on one particular area. It was definitely tough - some of the exercises I could get through without too much pain but most really pushed me hard. Really happy to have a session I can follow but need at least 2 sessions a week for this to have any effect. Shoulder seems to hold up to the weights so will do these for a few weeks before looking to increase the weights
