First swim in a while (again). Felt a bit tired so wasn't able to do 30 lengths in a row. Did 3 x 10 lengths and even then that was pretty tiring. Did 100m at the end and it was not great even though it felt like I was pushing hard. At the end of my swim asked the swim coach to coach me in the mornings and she agreed. She works Tues - Friday so will give me drills etc to improve my technique
