Good run. Felt quite strong most of the way. Resigned to running like Keynan forever (starting slowly) as I can't seem to start off at a high hear and don't reallt hit my stride until 25 mins or so. A slight dullness in my right achilles but I think it will be ok as I have to footie for a few weeks so it shouldn't be under too much pressure. Good to get back into regular runs after a week off. When I miss a few days that's usually it and I give up. I need to make sure that if I go a week or so without a run I don't give up and try to get out again asap. Smooth 2nd half to the run
