Horrible weather for a run. Rained heavily most of the way and there was a breeze as well to make it extra fun. Started out way too fast and basically slowed down the whole way right to the finish. Felt like I was plodding away but not under any major pressure. Achilles ok but a niggle in my knee throughout was uncomfortable. Got through run ok but think I will use HR monitor from now on
