CIRCUIT CLASS

1 hour tough circuit class. Pretty much non stop with tough core strengthening exercises between each set. Worked very hard and sweated buckets but wasn't able to finish everything non stop (especially planks, press ups etc). Good first circuits back but will take a few weeks to get used to it
