Easy easy recovery run after race yesterday. Focused hard on not going too fast and happy with the HR - need the HR to be less than 150 on these easy runs to make sure I'm recocering ok... Slight tightness in both achilles/lower calves so will ice them up a bit. Keen to get training back on target after a few slow weeks
