First session in a long time. Decided on a steady tempo run. Didn't want to go full throttle the whole way but looking back my HR was quite high. Ran most of the way on tarmac and it was very windy. Felt pretty good the whole and never pushed too hard. With all the triathlon training I have planned it's important not to push too hard on these sessions. I was surprised with my form - I felt really good and the speed was ok. Need to do these sessions at less than 100% and make sure I finish them feeling pretty fresh. Never really out of breath and plan to mix intervals and hill sessions with the tempos once a week
