Really nice evening again for a cycle. Sunny but quite windy. Went straight after work out to Howth and back. Wind was in my back on the way there and it was lively - on the way back it was hard work and the pace dropped off. Still decent overall pace but this is a flat course so would hope to get over 30km/h on a less windy day soon. Rough roads in spots getting out to the coastal road but once there the cycle path is great !
