After the crap triathlon at the weekend I really need to up the training to have any chance of improving in time for the Dublin Tri in 4 weeks. The one thing that I really need to improve on is my long runs. Really need to do one good long run a week to get the fitness high enough to do a decent triathlon... Slow and steady the whole way but really struggled over the last couple of miles. I think I will really come on from this run. Achilles a bit tender but ok other than that
