Easy run on the roads in Portlaoise with Jan. Started with a few grass laps beside the mental hospital but it was too dark to keep going so hit the roads. We did a loop out the new road, up by the pet store beside KWS and out by Beladd and up to the hospital (2 laps). Quite hilly route and tough enough but got through it ok. Nothing too sore during or afterwards
