Managed the first 1hr 40mins pretty well - same as last week. Started to struggle after that point - was up late the night before so not ideal prep for a long run - lesson learned... Legs felt destroyed for the last 30 mins or so and didn't manage to get to the 2hrs 10 mins I was aiming for. Called it quits 6 mins early as I was passing the house - to be honest I was barely moving at that stage so prob better not to do any harm by pushing for any extra. Left knee caused me probs at one stage - first time in a long while. Not a brilliant run overall but good to breat the 2 hours barrier.
