First run in a while due to my calf injury. Felt terrible for the first 20 mins but calf was ok. Got into a better rhythm after that and planned to run about 35 mins. Calf got sore around 30 mins so stopped and walked home. Not the same level of pain as before but certainly a problem there. Will focus on swimming and cycling for the next few weeks until my calf heals. Piled on the pounds again in my time off so a lot of work to be done to get back in shape
