First run in a while (again). Came off the bike 10 days ago so the body was stiff and sore for a while. The first 10 mins or so were pretty tough but once I got going I felt pretty good. Nice easy pace to ensure that I didn't run out of energy and even managed to finish strongly enough. Fresh legs probably made it easier but will look to build up some fitness with 2 - 3 easy runs a week for the next 3 months
