ran the course with alain and amanda (rd) after the official race ended. very nice and challenging course. every mile had at least one major climb. also found out that i will be running allentown marathon with alain in sept to get him a bq. final two long runs before steamtown will now be marathons: montreal and allentown. bringing back the buicide.
