3 miles pace effort @ 6:03/mi.
This was a wave run. Lots of highs and lows. Just tried to keep grinding as long as possible and got through it. The last pace mile was dead into a strong wind and the effort was probably closer to 10k pace. Was pushing pretty hard.
Satisfied with the work today. Was never sure if I was over or under dressed. Fought the wind the entire run -- Economy Special.
