What a difference a week makes. Not going to say that this was easy, but it was infinitely better than last week! I am going to say that having Anthony out helped a lot. Hammering GRP miles (or faster) by yourself is never fun. Today it was much more manageable. Not sure why there are a few of the "float" portions that are slower than 6:30? Should have all been right there.
