Still not feeling overly stellar after yesterday (stomach still a bit off), so I decide to hit the treadmill so that I was within a few steps of a bathroom. Came in handy before the moderate portion. ;)
I usually don't feel great after a day off, but today wasn't bad. Felt fairly solid during the moderate. Kept the cool-down a little shorter.
Warm-up/Cool-down -- 4 miles @ 7:30 pace plus 4 moderate miles @ 6:31 pace.
